Through our Momentum programming, the Graves Foundation is committed to using our resources, including our space and team's capacity, to create systemic change for youth in Minneapolis.
We offer tailored programming support to our grantees in areas, including fundraising, communications, strategic planning, and more. Momentum workshops are designed for executive leaders of our grantees in order to create a communal shared space where Graves staff provides activities, tools, and templates in an intimate setting over a shared meal.
Participant Feedback:
The workshops and individual sessions are helping me to make the space and commitment to develop my skills and knowledge. So much of this journey has been learning on the job. It is such a gift to have professional guidance available to expedite and implement systems and best practices. I also enjoy the discussions with the peer group. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity and the support to learn and grow as a leader! - Beth Finch, Charter Source
Executive Directors need programming like Graves Momentum because it gives us direction and structure to organize intentional ideas, dreams, goals to shape our path for a better future for all. - Columba Reyes, Camino

I learned so much from Graves Momentum‘s first meeting and I hope that this can help with my organization’s sustainability. - Dr Blocker, Why You
